What Should You Bring ?

You should aim to keep yourself warm and dry. You don't need specialised kit. But if you do have a wetsuit or dry suit bring it along.

You should know the pros and cons of wearing a wet suit or dry suit during a training day. If in doubt ask us.

Here's a quick checklist to get you through the day

  • Lunch and snacks including flask of hot liquid
  • Warm comfortable clothes
  • Suitable sturdy footwear
  • Hat
  • Waterproof jacket and trousers
  • Towel
  • Change of clothes

What Not to Wear

Ok, Gok Wan style here girlfriends!

Do not wear Jeans or denim of any kind, once they get wet they're going to stay wet and make you cold.

The Training

The training will be lead by a team of qualified instructors from Mobile Team Adventure.

John Hubbucks, from Mobile Team Adventure, told Eye Feel Good "I am genuninely excited about the year's trip. Last year's team surpassed all expectations and I'm sure the 2011 team will do the same. We have a much broader range of paddling experience this year, ranging from complete novices to some competent paddlers. We have a great mix and it's going to make for a very enjoyable experience for all."

If you would like to join the team for the trip get in touch with us.
