Walk With Cynthia For MacMillan

Cynthia Cherry is walking 10 miles each month to raise funds to pay the salary of a Macmillan nurse.

Cynthia is has been a fundraising stalwart for Macmillan throughout the years and has been at the vanguard of many events and activities.

This year Cynthia has set the bar high with her quest to complete a 10 mile sponsored walk each month in 2012. Cynthia intends to get different social and community groups involved at each walk throughout the year in a bid to spread the word about the great work done by Macmillan.

When we got the call from Cynthia we couldn't turn it down. Richard Fee from Eye Feel Good said "We are delighted to join Cynthia during her walk in February. I'll paddle from one end of Lough Neagh and back, no problem! BUT walk 10 miles in one go, that's going to be a challenge for me".
