Our charity takes a step forward

Today we approached customs and excise in Liverpool with a view to fast tracking our charity status.

Unfortunately in Northern Ireland we cannot apply for recognised charity status until April 2010.

Today Richard Fee, Eye Feel Good Chairman, contacted Customs and Excise to get advise on registering Eye Feel Good as a bone fide charity.

In order to become a registered charity we need to provide the following:

• A charity name
• A short explanation of what the charity is for
• A constitution for the charity

We have our name and we have our short explanation but we need to seek advise from a legal expert on the constitution.
