Eye Feel Good to become Limited By Guarantee

For organisations seeking full Charity registration and limited liability this is the company format to choose.

It follows the general style of a "company limited by guarantee" but uses Memorandum & Articles with wording approved by the UK Charity Commission.

Unfortunately there is still no charity commission dedicated to Northern Ireland. We have to wait until April 2010 before applying for charitable status with a recognised body.
